Yunshui Chen is the Founder and CEO of Airsys. Since founding the company in 1995, Mr. Chen has led Airsys’ transformation from a regional engineering business into a globally recognized organization with operations spanning North America, Europe, Asia, South America, and Africa.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Chen is recognized for advancing energy-efficient cooling technologies, liquid cooling innovation, and sustainable infrastructure solutions for next-generation digital infrastructure. Under his leadership, Airsys has become a key player in the rapidly growing AI and high-density data center cooling market while expanding its global manufacturing and engineering footprint.
