Purpose:

To foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants by prohibiting discrimination, harassment, and any form of inequitable treatment based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.

Scope:

This policy applies to all learners participating in our courses, whether in-person or online.

Policy Guidelines:

1. Respect and Dignity: All learners must treat peers, instructors, and staff with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
2. Reporting Concerns: Learners are encouraged to report any incidents of discrimination or harassment to the course instructor or program coordinator. All reports will be treated with confidentiality and addressed promptly.
3. Consequences of Policy Violation: Any violation of this policy may result in disciplinary actions, which can include removal from the course.
4. Commitment to Inclusivity: We are dedicated to fostering a welcoming learning environment where diverse perspectives are valued and respected.

Acknowledgment of Policy:

Learners will be required to acknowledge and agree to this policy during the account creation process in our Learning Management System (LMS).
