Set on Edged’s 80-acre campus, the facility is set to offer 42MW. Equipped with waterless cooling technology from sister company ThermalWorks, the facility can support 400kW+ per rack with liquid cooling and 120kW+ per rack with air cooling.

The facility will feature two meet-me rooms and four fiber entry points.

Located at 1740 Thomas Street NW, the single-story building is expected to be operational in early 2027.

Plans for Edged's Atlanta campus first surfaced in January 2023. The company broke ground on the first building in July 2024. All three data centers on the 169MW campus are fully leased.

Edged (formerly Edged Energy) is part of Endeavour, which was set up by Aligned founder Jakob Carnemark. The company has data centers either operating or in development in Bilbao, Madrid, and Barcelona in Spain; Lisbon, Portugal; and across the US, including Missouri, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, Iowa, Ohio, and Illinois.
