Plans for TH01 were first announced in June 2023. Working alongside Thai property developer Central Pattana PCL, the site was originally set to come online in 2024.
On its website, Evolution said the first 12MW phase of TH01 is sold and due online in Q4 of 2026. The second 40MW phase is due live in Q2 2027. The site is set to total 20,470 sqm (220,335 sq ft).
The company also lists plans for TH02, a 200MW, 96,800 sqm (1 million sq ft) facility set to be located in the Mueang Samut Prakan District of Bangkok. The site is due live in Q2 2027.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Singapore, Evolution received backing from Warburg Pincus in 2022. Zero Two, a division of the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund, has also invested in the firm.
Evolution also has projects in the Philippines (69MW due live next year) and Vietnam (52MW planned in Ho Chi Minh City due live next year and 4.75MW already live in Hanoi).
