A data center has been put up for sale in Tempe, Arizona.

A roughly 15,000 sq ft (1,393 sqm) industrial building on 1005 W Geneva Dr in Tempe, a city just east of Arizona’s state capital, Phoenix, is on sale for $4,219,600.

The listing states that the building, which was constructed in 1980, “offers a mix of office, data center, and manufacturing space” with roughly 12,000 sq ft (1,114 sqm) of raised floor space, power infrastructure, and HVAC coverage.

Omnis Data Center, a web hosting and domain registration service provider, shares the same address. The company states that the building, which houses the company’s only data center, is “served by a 1.25MW automatic diesel generator and a 625 kVA UPS.”

Most of Arizona’s data centers are located around Phoenix, which is home to the likes of EdgeCore, Meta, Google, and NTT, as well as Stack, Stream, Prime, Aligned, Iron Mountain, Vantage, Compass, QTS, EdgeConneX, Expedient, Centersquare, and H5.
