With more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC and data center infrastructure industry, Roberto Felisi is a senior engineering and product executive with deep expertise in Thermal Management and global product strategy. He currently serves as Global Business Development Leader for Thermal Systems and Strategic Partnerships, where he leads the adoption of emerging technologies and the development of high-impact partnerships.

In this role, he focuses on identifying and scaling new market opportunities across the entire thermal value chain, with particular emphasis on heat reuse and on-site power generation solutions.
