Paul Quigley is the Chief Strategic Relations Officer (CSRO) for Airsys, where he works closely with customers, strategic partners, and industry leaders across the rapidly evolving AI and digital infrastructure landscape. Since joining Airsys in 2021 as President of Airsys, he has helped lead the company’s expansion into the AI and hyperscale data center market, contributing to cumulative revenue growth exceeding 1,700% through 2026.

Today, Paul focuses on strategic partnerships, executive engagement, and long-range infrastructure strategy across the global data center ecosystem. His work centers on enabling organizations to meet the demands of AI-driven computing through advanced cooling technologies, liquid cooling adoption, and energy-conscious infrastructure solutions. He is also a co-creator and advocate of the Power Compute Effectiveness (PCE) framework, which broadens industry thinking beyond traditional efficiency metrics toward infrastructure effectiveness and AI-era energy stewardship.

In 2026, Paul was inducted into Who’s Who and shortlisted among the Top 5 global candidates for the Global Digital Infrastructure Leader of the Year Award for his contributions to data center cooling innovation and infrastructure strategy. With more than 36 years of experience spanning engineering, manufacturing, product development, and executive leadership, he is known for combining deep technical expertise with practical business strategy. He is also a co-author of Greener Data Volume Three, an Amazon bestseller, and previously gained international recognition as co-designer of one of North America’s largest VRF projects.
