Sabey has announced new power availability and expansion across several of its data center campuses.

Around 8MW of capacity is available now across three of its sites, Sabey said this week, with more than 70MW of capacity coming online between now and 2027 available for pre-leasing.

  • SDC Columbia: 4.5MW leasable now and 18MW available for pre-leasing, with the first 9MW coming online in Q4 2026 and the second 9W coming online in 2027
  • SDC Seattle: 3.5MW available now and 12MW available for pre-leasing, coming online in 2027
  • SDC Manhattan: 755kW leasable now
  • SDC Ashburn: 14MW available for pre-leasing, coming online by Q3 2026
  • SDC Austin: 18MW available for pre-leasing, with the first 9 MW coming online by Q4 2027
  • SDC Umatilla: 120MW available for pre-leasing, with the first 12 MW coming online by 2027

A joint venture between Sabey Corporation and National Real Estate Advisors, Sabey Data Centers operates more than 4 million square feet of data centers across the US, with sites in operation or development in Quincy, Seattle, and East Wenatchee, Washington; New York City; Austin, Texas; Umatilla, Oregon; and Ashburn, Virginia.
