Data center and energy holding company Endeavor has partnered with a manufacturing firm to deliver AI data center capacity more quickly.

Endeavour this week announced a partnership with Jabil Inc. to deliver “modular, just-in-time (JIT) AI-ready infrastructure.”

Together, and through Endeavour’s Edged data center unit, the companies said they aim to provide up to 2GW of capacity annually.

The new just-in-time platform will launch in the United States in Q1 2027.

Update: Endeavour confirmed that the new offering isn't a traditional prefab data center, but a "vertically integrated supply of modular, all-in-one electrical and cooling system, powered by Endeavour’s partnership with Jabil."

The company said these pre-integrated and logically unified systems are engineered to support discrete 10–20 MW data hall loads. The design enables 20MW+ modules of critical load to be deployed into an erected shell.

The companies said data center commissioning under this new initiative is “50-60 percent faster than industry norms,” removing lengthy constraints around development cycles and inflexible designs.

Endeavour and Jabil said they have collaborated on more than a dozen Edged data centers in operation or under construction across North America and Europe.

Florida-based Jabil offers engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions. Its portfolio includes data center lifecycle solutions, server platforms, semiconductor test equipment solutions, and energy and transportation solutions.

The company recently announced plans to invest $500 million in expanding its US footprint with new manufacturing capacity to better support cloud and AI data center infrastructure customers. Jabil last year acquired US firm Mikros Technologies, a provider of liquid cooling and thermal management solutions.

Endeavour was set up by Aligned founder Jakob Carnemark. Its Edged unit has data centers either operating or in development in Bilbao, Madrid, and Barcelona in Spain; Lisbon, Portugal; and across the US, including Missouri, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, Iowa, Ohio, and Illinois.

Endeavour’s ThermalWorks waterless cooling system can reportedly support rack densities of up to 70kW with air cooling and 200kW with liquid cooling. The company also has partnerships or investments in batteries, EV infrastructure, water, and energy.
