Wouter van Hulten

Wouter van Hulten is the founder of PAIX Data Centres, a Pan African cloud and carrier neutral data centre operator. He has been building the Internet since 1994: SpeedPort in 1997, Interxion in 1999, Euro-IX Association in 2000, Swiss Internet Exchange in 2001, France-IX in 2009, European Data Centre Association in 2012, Datacentres World Map in 2017, and the Africa Data Centre Association in 2018. Wouter enjoyed growing up in Mali and Burkina Faso from 1977 to 1984, and now contributes to the growth of the data centre industry in Africa.
