As Vice President of Engineering & Utilities, Europe at CyrusOne, Tom leads a specialist team focused on delivering transformative, sustainable, and cost-effective energy and engineering solutions across the European data center portfolio. His team plays a strategic role in unlocking power access in some of the most grid-constrained markets by integrating deep technical expertise with innovative design and procurement strategies.

Tom is an engineer with extensive experience in design, construction, and customer-facing solution development. His unique ability to bridge complex technical challenges with commercial imperatives allows him to guide customers from initial design concepts through to power-on and operation, ensuring mission-critical reliability and long-term resilience.

Prior to joining CyrusOne in 2019, Tom served as Director of Sales Engineering at Digital Realty and was a member of the European Data Centre Association’s (EUDCA) Policy Council, representing the interests of the industry at both political and commercial levels.
