Darran Monaghan is Associate Director – Operations at Kirby Group Engineering with responsibility for operations in the Nordics Region. He plays a key role in the development of long-term partnerships with key clients and the successful delivery of projects in this region. Darran oversees projects from inception to final handover and is instrumental in the building of teams to support and deliver these projects.

Having degrees in both engineering and quantity surveying these along with his trade and operations management background ensure that projects are delivered to the highest level of expectation of all concerned stakeholders.
