Ciaran Flanagan
Managing Director, Engineering Services, Sustainable Digital Infrastructure AllianceCiaran Flanagan is managing director of customer operations for ISG’s Engineering Services (ES) division, where he supports and enhances ISG’s customer experience proposition across highly engineered and specialist projects in the datacentre, high-tech manufacturing, and science and healthcare sectors.
He brings with him nearly 20 years’ experience across technology, datacentre and telecommunications verticals. He has worked previously at ABB Ltd. where he acted as group vice president & head of global datacentre segment and led the growth of their datacentre solutions business.
He is also a founding contributor to the EU Datacentre Code of Conduct, a former VP at the European Datacentre Alliance and has been an invited judge at the Uptime industry awards for several years.
