An office and data center property on the outskirts of Minneapolis in Eagan, Minnesota, is up for sale.
Colliers is offering a property known as ‘Eagan 3560’ – located at 3560 Delta Dental Drive in Dakota County – as up for sale. A listing price wasn’t included but was described as “negotiable.”
Set on more than 16 acres, the now-vacant site is described as a “single tenant office building with underground parking, on-site generator, [and] data center.” The size of the data center wasn’t shared.
Built in 1998, the three-story building totals 66,285 sq ft and includes 10ft high ceilings.
The sales brochure said: “A welcoming campus provides an ideal location for an innovative and calming workspace, while the three-level office building boasts a flexible, open floorplan and first-class property amenities.”
“With space available to construct another equally-sized building on the property, Eagan 3560 is the perfect office campus for a thriving company that’s poised to expand.”
The site was previously occupied by Delta Dental, a network of dental insurance companies, which used the site as its HQ. Delta sold the Eagan office in 2021 to The Holy Christian Church International for $5 million. Delta moved its HQ to Minneapolis in 2012 and later moved its customer service teams from Eagan to Bemidji in 2020.
DataBank has a presence in Eagan, while Unisys was last year looking to sell an office and data center property in the city, located to the southeast of Minneapolis.
