Senior Distinguished Engineer, Dell

Shawn Hoss is a Senior Distinguished Engineer in the Dell Technologies ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) Chief Technology and Innovation Office.  Shawn has 28 years of experience in product design, IT hardware, system architecture, thermal design and high-volume product manufacturing. He is responsible for sustainability and thermal strategy within the ISG CTO team.

Shawn’s career at Dell spans 23 years where he has led front-end architecture efforts in PowerEdge, Precision, OptiPlex, XPS and Alienware products.   

Shawn has a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from University of Louisiana Lafayette and holds 40+ granted and pending patents.
