Rob Curtis

With nearly two decades of expertise in server thermal design, architecture, and strategy, Rob has established himself as a leader in the field. Recently, he served as a Distinguished Engineer at Dell Technologies, where he led the thermal concept development and R&D efforts in emerging cooling technologies for the Dell PowerEdge server line. Rob is currently between roles after leaving Dell in February. Throughout his career, Rob has worked with various cooling solutions, ranging from advanced air cooling to direct liquid cooling (DLC), two-phase DLC, and both single- and two-phase immersion. He holds Mechanical Engineering degrees from Texas A&M University (BS) and Southern Methodist University (MS) and has been awarded 27 U.S. patents.
