    Rod’s 20+ years of international experience enables him to lead teams with passion, integrity, and confidence. A believer in leading by example, Rod’s strategic approach has resulted in significant growth in terms of headcount and revenue. He is a committed innovator with a keen interest in increasing awareness of AI’s potential. He works tirelessly to encourage the early adoption of AI by showcasing what it can do, how it works, and why implementing an AI strategy is critical.

    He joined NVIDIA in 2018 and has overseen strong growth in the High-Performance Computing and Artificial Intelligence businesses at NVIDIA across Europe. Rod is a highly accomplished international business leader and draws on more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry.

    Before joining NVIDIA, Rod led the European direct sales force at Intel Corporation and previously held European Vice President Positions at Silicon Graphics, Rackable Systems, Copan Systems and EMC. Currently based in Reading, United Kingdom; he has worked in the UK, USA, and Germany.

    Rod is a British national and alumnus of Queen Mary University, London. After graduation, he began his career in sales from where he quickly progressed to senior management and C-Suite level roles.

    Marie Chabanon has been Data4 Group's CTO since January 2018.

    After 20 years of experience in international companies such as Socotec International, Starbucks Coffee or GL Events, she brings to Data4 Group her expertise in the fields of large-scale project management.

    Prior to joining the group, Marie Chabanon also held the positions of Senior Consultant and then Market Manager for Southern France at APL, a consulting and engineering firm specialized in the design and construction of data centers. She was a member of APL's Executive Committee in charge of strategy.

    At Data4 Group, Marie Chabanon orchestrates the design and construction of data centers throughout the Group's platform.  As a member of the Executive Committee, she participates in development projects and is also a sponsor of the "Data4Good" sustainable development program.

    She is a signatory of the Women's Forum for Economy and Society's Charter for the fight against climate change, and campaigns for the development of women's leadership in the technical professions.

    Marie Chabanon holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Lyon as well as an Executive MBA in Management and Business Administration from the EMLYON business school.

    Henry Daunert is a 25 years veteran in the data center business. He is the Chairman of CIRKLA, the industry's first, fully comprehensive marketplace for second-life data center equipment.

    Henry pioneered the modular data center concept by founding from scratch in 1999 AST MODULAR, which grew globally establishing manufacturing plants in Barcelona, Shanghai and Miami. AST became a market leader, signing clients such as IBM, HPE, Chevron, Intel, Airbus, etc. AST was successfully sold to Schneider Electric in 2014.

    Previously, in 1993 Henry founded a JV with EFI Electronics Inc. and developed the international business for the group in over 50 countries, founding subsidiaries in EMEA, Asia Pacific and LATAM. Henry sold his company successfully back to EFI Electronics in 1997.

    Henry is a Business Administration and MBA graduate by ESADE Business School, trained Risk Engineer by Stanford University and counts with wide knowledge in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering and Construction.
