    Melanie Kiely is a senior executive at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, serving as the Head of Global Site Selection. In this role, she spearheads the development and execution of a comprehensive data center site acquisitions strategy, crucial for driving the company's long-term growth and business objectives on a global scale.

    Melanie brings a wealth of expertise across various domains including real estate acquisition, land use and permitting, fiber delivery, consumer products, software as a service, cloud computing, data collection, privacy, and cybersecurity. Her background encompasses all facets of developing and operating technical infrastructure assets as well as assisting enterprises in their digital transformation journey, particularly in HR, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and Finance systems.

    Previously, Melanie held the position of Senior Director at Microsoft's Cloud Operations + Innovation organization, where she led the Global Portfolio Management & Lease Center of Excellence. In this capacity, she guided a team in charting the future direction of Microsoft's lease activities, focusing on critical areas such as environmental health & safety, sustainability, and cybersecurity, across a multi- billion-dollar global lease portfolio spanning over 30 countries.

    Prior to her tenure at Microsoft, Melanie spent 12 years at T-Mobile, holding various roles from Director of Network Engineering & Operations to Senior Counsel in the Legal Department. During her time at T-Mobile, she played a pivotal role in driving billions of synergy savings to self-fund network deployment strategies, propelling advancements in 5G and IoT technologies.

    Beyond her professional endeavors, Melanie is deeply committed to community improvement initiatives. She served as a Board Director for the Together Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing and centralized services for underserved communities. Additionally, she led the Women's Leadership Network and was a member of the Board of Advisors for Centerforce and Law 360 Telecommunications Board.

She has nearly 20 years of experience working on Internet public policy. Before joining TikTok, Jade worked as Director, Consumer Policy, at the GSMA, a trade association representing mobile network operators worldwide. Before GSMA, she advised clients on compliance with privacy and data protection laws and regulations at Promontory Financial Group, an IBM company.

    Between 2006 and 2014, Jade held a number of roles within the U.S. government, including Senior Advisor for Internet Policy at the Department of Commerce's National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), and Director, Internet Public Policy at the State Department. She worked on international Internet public policy issues, including privacy and cross-border data flows.

    Dawn is an accomplished engineer and operator who was honoured with a Fellowship from the Royal Academy of Engineering in 2020. Prior to joining Pure her career spanned several engineering sectors and industries including UK Change Director for National Grid across both the gas and electricity transmission businesses; Group Engineering Director for Merlin Entertainments with responsibility for engineering delivery, standards, practices and processes across the worldwide portfolio of more than 130 theme parks, resorts and attractions; Head of Engineering at Gatwick Airport covering the infrastructure and technical services at the airport; and over 20 years as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Air Force where she held various positions including Head of Engineering at RAF Waddington looking after the Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance aircraft fleets and Deputy Chief Engineer for the Air Transport and Air to Air Refuelling aircraft fleets.

    She has a track record of developing women in her organisation as well as working to bring more women and girls into engineering and has been the President of the Women’s Engineering Society since 2018.

    Dawn now leads the operational arm of Pure Data Centres Group ensuring the delivery of resilient 24/7 operations globally.
