Senior Counsel, Norton Rose Fulbright

Rachel Rosenfeld is a senior counsel in the Washington, DC office and is a member of the project finance practice. Rachel represents commercial bank lenders, multilateral agencies, project developers and other stakeholders in international and domestic project financings and equity transactions, with an emphasis on renewable and clean energy and digital infrastructure. She is also co-leader of the DMV Chapter of WRISE (Women in Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy).
