Senior Policy Counsel, CloudflarePatrick Day is a Senior Policy Counsel at Cloudflare, the security, performance, and reliability company helping to build a better Internet. Today Cloudflare runs one of the world's largest networks that protects and accelerates approximately 25 million Internet properties worldwide, with customers ranging from individual blogs to small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Patrick helps lead Cloudflare's sustainability and human rights policy work.
Prior to joining Cloudflare, Patrick served 11 years as a professional staffer in the U.S. Senate, including as Counsel for Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein’s (D-CA) on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, has an M.A. from the National Defense University in Washington, D.C., and has a J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University.
