Justin Siefkes is vice president of product and engineering at Shoals Technologies Group, where he helps lead product and engineering strategy across solar, BESS, data centers, and critical power infrastructure. He brings deep experience in power systems and electrical infrastructure, including 15 years at Schneider Electric, where he held senior leadership roles spanning strategy, transformation, product management, and global busway offer management. Before Schneider Electric, he also worked at Eaton, building an early foundation in the electrical industry.
