John O'Driscoll
Group CEO, Hanley EnergyJohn O'Driscoll leads Hanley Energy, driving growth with over 25 years of sales experience and more than 20 years in senior leadership across the data centre, cybersecurity, technology, and telecoms sectors.
Following Jabil’s acquisition of Hanley Energy in January 2026, John was appointed Interim CEO, and became Group CEO in April 2026. Prior to joining Hanley Energy as CCO in 2021, he held senior Sales Director roles at Equinix, Integrity360, and BT Ireland.
He specialises in new business acquisition, developing growth across established and emerging markets, and leading complex outsourcing solutions. With a strong track record in competitive, evolving environments, he has driven growth across multinational and domestic organisations.
John brings board-level experience in strategy, governance, and performance oversight, with a focus on aligning commercial priorities to business objectives. A results-driven leader, he is passionate about empowering and coaching teams to deliver ambitious outcomes.
Outside of work, he is active as a charity fundraiser, mentor, and youth rugby coach, and has served on industry bodies including the Sales Institute of Ireland.
He holds a Master’s from Smurfit Graduate Business School, UCD, and a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute.
