In 25 years in IT Glenn has managed operations, automation, service delivery, disaster recovery and service management. He has implemented ITIL and is qualified as an ITIL manager (V2) and Expert (V3). Glenn has overseen data centre strategy for a major financial services institution from concept to execution. Glenn was AFCOM's DC manager of the year in 2014 (AP) and has been involved with many organisations in terms of standards development and implementation. He has consulted on the NABERS data centre standard, and on the ISO Data Centre energy efficiency group JS39 in Australia. Glenn also managed the first NABERS 5-star data centre in Australia .Glenn is a DCProfessional Development Accredited Instructor and he enjoys training the next generation of data centre managers and professionals as well as presenting at conferences.
