Eric brings more than 30 years of experience in civil engineering, land development strategy, and project management. As Vice President, he oversees land development operations across Atwell’s Midwest and Carolinas offices and supports several national program clients. He is recognized as a trusted advisor in commercial and industrial real estate development, providing guidance from initial due diligence and entitlement through construction.

As a professional engineer, Eric has designed and managed a broad range of development projects, from smaller-scale assignments to large and complex developments. His experience includes data centers, residential subdivisions, retail centers, and mixed-use projects.
