Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and third-party risk strategy, she develops program strategies that cultivate high-performing supplier ecosystems and strengthen resilience, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable business value. Recognized for her collaborative and inclusive leadership, Eboni develops talent, unites diverse stakeholders, and translates strategy into scalable execution. She also launched the framework for the Embrace Member Resource Group for iMasons and serves as its Co-Lead, advancing inclusion and leadership across the digital infrastructure community.
