Devin Pellicone

Head of Data Center Solutions, Advanced Cooling Technologies

Devin Pellicone leads the Data Center product development group at Advanced Cooling

Technologies (ACT), where he focuses on advanced cooling solutions for high-density

computing environments. With more than 15 years of experience, he has designed and

developed both passive and active two-phase cooling systems for high-performance

computing, power electronics, and other demanding thermal applications.

Devin has led two-phase cooling programs ranging from 100 watts to 100 kilowatts,

giving him extensive experience translating complex thermal challenges into practical,

reliable cooling solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

from Temple University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from

Villanova University.

He is an inventor on several pending patents related to two-phase cooling technologies

and has authored or co-authored numerous conference and journal papers on

advanced thermal management.
