Davin Sandhu is Global Portfolio Director of Data Center Solutions at Johnson Controls International (JCI), where he leads strategic growth and portfolio strategy for one of the company's fastest-growing business segments. With over 20 years at Johnson Controls, Davin has built deep domain expertise spanning the full thermal management chain — from chip-level cooling to heat rejection out to the atmosphere.

In this role, Davin has been instrumental in establishing JCI's Global Data Center Organization, developing gigawatt-scale AI Factory reference design guides, and leading competitive strategy against major industry players. He has led go-to-market and technical strategy for advanced liquid cooling programs with hyperscale and colocation customers, and has driven brand integration efforts for newly acquired cooling technologies.

Davin's work sits at the intersection of engineering, sustainability, and enterprise strategy — translating complex thermal and carbon metrics (PUE, WUE, CUE) into market-leading initiatives that position JCI at the forefront of sustainable data center infrastructure.
