Caroline St. Clair is the Data Center Practice Leader for North America at Aon where she drives strategic initiatives and innovation to support clients navigating the complex lifecycle of data center development and operations. Caroline has experience managing sophisticated risk portfolios and delivering tailored solutions to large-scale clients across the data center, digital infrastructure, and real estate sectors.

Experience
Since joining Aon in 2011 through the Early Career Development Program, Caroline has built a career centered on the evolving needs of the data center industry. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of client service—from strategic account management and risk advisory to marketing and execution. She has played a role in structuring insurance programs for wholesale data center developers, hyperscale-focused data center developers, and digital asset operators.

In 2016, she was selected as one of only 42 brokers nationwide to attend the Andrew Beazley Broker Academy at Lloyd’s of London. Caroline was recognized as a Real Estate Power Broker in 2021.

Education & Credentials
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University, where she also minored in Spanish. She earned her Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation in 2013.
