AMD-based AI cloud provider TensorWave has expanded its capacity agreement with TecFusions, signing on for a further 20MW of capacity in the US.

The new deal will see TensorWave leasing 10MW each from TecFusions' data centers in the Keystone Connect campus near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and in Tucson, Arizona.

TensorWave already has a deployment in the Tucson data center, which it claims to be the largest AMD-based cluster in North America, leasing 14.4MW of capacity at the site.

The new contract will expand the capacity of this cluster, with design replication across both sites. Delivery is currently scheduled for the first half of 2026, with TecFusions noting that the 14.4MW deployment was previously delivered in less than four months in 2025.

TecFusions has data centers in operation or development in Clarksville, Virginia; New Kensington, Pennsylvania; and Tucson, Arizona. The company purchased a former manufacturing site in Pennsylvania in January 2025 with plans to make it into a 3GW data center campus. The company is also developing a site in Puente Alto, Chile.

The data center provider has been working with TensorWave for more than a year, having signed a 1GW infrastructure agreement with the AI cloud company in October 2024.

TensorWave exclusively offers access to AMD GPUs via its platform. In May 2025, the company raised $100 million in a Series A funding round.
