A large number of Sky Mobile customers have reported issues with their mobile services today.
Customers reported problems with 3G, 4G, and 5G services around 9:00 a.m. this morning in the UK.
Downdetector reported a spike in complaints, peaking at around 270 just after 8:30 am.
Sky Mobile has acknowledged the issue, saying it's working to fix the problem.
"We are aware that some Sky Mobile customers are experiencing issues with their 3G/4G/5G services. We are investigating the issue and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing," it said on X, formerly Twitter, this morning.
Sky Mobile has around three million customers and uses Virgin Media O2's mobile network.
