OVHcloud experienced an outage at its cloud region in Gravelines, France.

In an incident report, the cloud provider said that the outage began at 08:36 UTC on November 24, and was resolved by 14:38 UTC that same day.

Instances were impacted in the GRA5, GRA7, GRA9, and GRA11 data center zones. According to the report, the issues led to some customers being "temporarily" unable to access and use their instances.

The cause of the issues has not been stated, though OVH said that it had found the "source" at around 14:32 UTC.

OVH has four cloud regions in France, located in Strasbourg, Gravelines, Roubaix, and Paris. A fire previously caused an outage in the Strasbourg region in 2021, leading to customers filing lawsuits against the company. To date, the company has not shared the cause of the fire.

Gravelines is located in the north of France, between Calais and Dunkirk. Most of France's data centers are centralized around Paris, though Lille has a secondary market.
