Oracle Cloud has partnered with e& enterprise – the digital transformation arm of UAE telco e& (formerly Etisalat) – to deliver the next generation of OneCloud, a UAE-based sovereign hyperscale cloud platform powered by Oracle Alloy.

The offering will deliver more than 200 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI and cloud services hosted entirely in data centers in the UAE, allowing organizations to meet strict in-country data regulatory requirements.

In addition to providing users with data residency, OneCloud will also offer transparent SLAs, usage-based pricing - backed by e& enterprise’s cloud advisory, migration, and 24/7 managed services, &e enterprise said in a statement.

Launched in 2022, Oracle Alloy is a cloud infrastructure platform that enables Oracle's partners to become cloud providers while using their own hardware and data centers.

The next-generation OneCloud hyperscale platform is expected to be available early next year to government organizations, regulated industries, and enterprises across the UAE.
