Neocloud BluSky AI is expanding its presence in Nevada and Utah.

On August 28, the GPUaaS company announced that it had signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to lease two acres of land in Wells, Nevada. Wells is a city located on Interstate 80, a major freeway that crosses the US from San Francisco, California, to Teaneck, New Jersey.

The land is located at the so-called ‘White Cloud’ facility at 1120 Hacienda Road. The company currently registered with this address is cannabis cultivator White Cloud Botanicals, and according to Nevada’s Cannabis Compliance Board, it is still active.

According to the company’s press release, the facility will have access to 2,700 kVA of electrical capacity, and the lease will last for an initial ten-year term, with two optional five-year extensions.

This announcement was followed by another. On September 2, BluSky AI said that it had executed a purchase and sale agreement on August 26 with ranch estate Snowy River Ranches LLC for the acquisition of a 36-acre land parcel in Huerfano County, Colorado, which is south of the state capital Denver.

The company stated that this would be used for a 15MW data center.

BluSky AI’s flagship product is its SkyMod modular data centers, which are intended to be rapidly deployable and scalable.

Previously known as Inception Mining, the former mining company rebranded as a modular data center company in April 2025 and secured its debut data center project in July. Until recently, it operated the Clavo Rico gold mine in Honduras, which it is divesting to Mother Lode Mining. It should not be confused with Bluesky, a social media service founded by former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey.

CEO D’Ambrosio was previously involved with a company known as RackScale Data Centers, but it is unclear if any data centers were ever delivered.
