The debut facility from Belgian operator KevlinX Data Centers is now ready for service.

“We proudly celebrate the RFS of our BRU01 data center in Brussels, a major milestone for our team and for the region,” the company said on LinkedIn this week.

Billed as Belgium’s largest data center, KevlinX broke ground on the 32MW data center in September 2023. The data center spans 25,400 sqm (273,400 sq ft) with 11,350 sqm (122,170 sq ft) of white space. The data center was originally set to be ready for service in Q3 of 2025.

Macquarie Capital is the majority owner in the company.

Data Center Map lists around 50 data centers across Belgium, largely centered around Brussels. Operators in the capital include Digital Realty, Penta Infra, Datacenter United, AtlasEdge, LCL, EdgeConneX, and others.
