Google needed to onboard a new cohort of data center technicians in the Netherlands while ensuring they met the company's exceptionally high operational standards. Recognizing that prior experience alone couldn't guarantee operational readiness, Google needed a way to identify knowledge gaps and validate each technician's competency.

To meet an ambitious four-week onboarding timeline, Google partnered with DCD Academy to assess, train, and certify the entire cohort, ensuring every technician was fully prepared to operate safely and effectively in a mission-critical environment.
