Digital Realty has opened a new data center in Toronto, Canada, and broken ground on a facility in Marseille, France.

In Canada, the company’s new YYZ12 data center on 151 Front St. is its third data center in Greater Toronto, and will be fully interconnected with redundant dark fiber paths to its TOR1 data center in Vaughan.

151 Front Street is a carrier hotel, also home to the Toronto Internet Exchange Community, Cologix, and Equinix. Digital Reality is offering 800kW and 6,900 sq ft of colocation space at the facility.
