Digital Realty has completed the buildout of its data center campus in northern Paris.
On September 11, the colocation giant announced that the last and largest phase of the campus, dubbed PAR11, had finished construction in August.
Along with the three other constituent facilities – PAR8, PAR9, and PAR10 – the Paris Digital Park is located north of central Paris in the suburb of La Corneuve, and offers around 40,000 sqm (430,556 sq ft) of floor space.
The campus now offers 76MW of capacity.
Digital Realty first announced the Park in April 2020, and work on the first building, PAR8, was completed in early 2022. Engineering firm Mercury helped deliver PAR9 in February 2024, and the company was also responsible for PAR10 and PAR11.
The Park was built on a former Airbus helicopter plant.
Digital Realty has additional facilities in Paris – PAR12 is located 30km (18 miles) east of central Paris, and PAR13, located south of Versailles, was delivered by construction firm Equans in July 2024.
