Marquardt Group, via LoopNet, is selling a data center at 5010 2nd Street in Raleigh, North Carolina. There is no published price.

Built in 1995 and sat on a 1-acre lot, the single-story property spans 8,990 sq ft (834 sqm).

It includes an 18-string 48v UPS system, 300kW hour critical load capacity, 500kW generator with low hours, large diesel tank, and dual redundant carrier-grade fiber.

“[The] buyer can decommission the data center for another use and sell data center components,” the listing suggests. Likewise, the leasing listing suggests the site can be used as a data center or the infrastructure can be removed for a "credit-worthy, long-term lease."

The property also has a cell tower and data hut on the property which are under a perpetual lease/easement and described as “of no value to the property owner.”
