A data center is up for sale in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The property, listed by Romans Properties LLC and Five 9s Digital via Loopnet, is on the market for $8 million.

Located at 424 Hampton Road on a 1.23-acre plot, the facility currently spans 6,500 sq ft (602 sqm) across two stories with 2.8MW of IT capacity.

The listing added that the property is scalable to 23MW and includes a pre-designed duplicate data center on adjacent land at 513 Hampton Road.

Installed in 2020, the property also offers data center equipment such as switch gear, UPS, cooling installations, and four backup Cummins generators with a total of 2MW of capacity.

Both sites have access to multiple metro and long-haul fiber providers, such as AT&T, Crown Castle, Fiberligut, Breezeline, and Sprint.

Cloud South is currently a tenant at the facility and may potentially stay in the facility post-sale. Cloud South said it has provided Infrastructure-as-a-Service to customers in more than 40 countries since its founding in 2011.

Also located on Hampton Road, Lumen has a presence in the West Palm Beach area. West Palm Beach is around 20 miles from Miami, which is home to Hivelocity, Digital Realty, Iron Mountain, Equinix, Cogent, DataBank, QTS, ColoHouse, and Verizon.
