Panel discussion: Size matters - how are infrastructure operators maximizing power capacity when floor space is at a premium?

The challenge of optimizing data center operations in an aged, retrofit located in a metropolitan hub is further complicated by the lack of space available to data center managers of core, enterprise infrastructure. Unlike their hyperscale and colocation contemporaries, their buildings are not new or growing in size and as such, they are under more pressure to identify relatively simple, piecemeal innovation with large operational impact.

Is it possible that a modular approach to power capacity will speed up deployment and eliminate some site works, two powerful benefits given the current COVID-19 climate? How are owner-operators approaching the ongoing need to add power capacity to meet business challenges? How are vendors catering to a growing market for modular IT and is project quality compromised or heightened as a result?
