With over 15 years experience in the data center industry, Kristen brings a unique skill of team building, project management and process optimization to Salute.  His skills have taken the core tenants of Salute’s model to “recruit, train, deploy and support” to optimal efficiency.  Kristen’s background includes Energy, Real Estate, Design, Construction, and Technology within enterprise and entrepreneurial companies. With many years of leadership in the high-growth mission critical sector, he brings the expertise needed to combine deep industry knowledge with accelerated team building practices.

A Dutch native, Kristen has been working internationally building teams for over a decade, performing searches in NA, EMEA, Asia, Australia, and South America. He has worked with executives with leading Data Center Companies including wholesale, colocation, T-com/fiber, enterprise, engineering, construction, and operators.
