Nusantara Data Center Academy (NDCA) is an organization dedicated to developing a skilled, industry-ready workforce for the rapidly growing data center sector. NDCA aims to address the acute shortage of qualified professionals in data center management, operations, and technology, aligning its training with both national and international standards.

The academy’s mission is to build the largest and most influential data center community in Indonesia by providing comprehensive, hands-on education and globally recognized certifications.

Its curriculum covers technical and non-technical skills required in upskilling and reskilling of digital talents; including design-build, operations-maintenance, and emerging trends such as energy efficiency and sustainability.
