Careers in the Cloud is an industry initiative led by Alliance SI and supported by a growing network of industry partners committed to raising the profile of Australia’s cloud infrastructure sector as a great place to work.

With demand for digital infrastructure growing rapidly, the initiative responds to one of the sector’s biggest shared challenges: attracting and retaining the talent needed to design, build, and manage the systems that power the cloud. By working collaboratively, partners aim to reframe perceptions, showcase diverse career pathways, and connect with emerging talent across school leavers, apprentices, ICT graduates, and career switchers.

Through shared storytelling, downloadable resources, educational content and coordinated media and social campaigns, Careers in the Cloud helps make this vital sector more visible, approachable, and inclusive, offering individuals and organisations practical ways to get involved and support workforce development.
