Using liquids to cool a data center is not a new idea - but due to rapidly rising power densities of IT equipment, this approach is experiencing a massive comeback. In this interview, Donald Mitchell, data center division manager at Victaulic, a company specializing in pipe joining systems, talks about turning liquid cooling into a competitive advantage: "You don't want to be a yellow cab driver facing Uber today," he told DCD.
