Zachary Pena is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Empirix Partners, a strategic sourcing and procurement advisory firm focused exclusively on mission-critical infrastructure. Founded roughly three years ago, Empirix has grown into a multi-million-dollar firm leading supply chains for several data center developers, with more than $9.15 billion in equipment and services under management. The firm is executing a disciplined growth strategy with plans to scale operations 10x by 2027, while maintaining a strong emphasis on governance, risk mitigation, and schedule certainty.

His record of sourcing and procurement expertise in generationally complex scenarios, establishing and leading teams in large organizations and founding scenarios, and building key relationships with suppliers, developers, and service providers across Mission Critical has uniquely positioned Zachary to lead Empirix.  

Zach also serves as CEO of Covectis, a development-as-a-service firm focused on the data center sector, and Perpetual Grid, an energy advisory firm that identifies powered land sites and guides clients through their acquisition.
