An accomplished global technology executive and engineer by training, Vaidy has extensive experience developing category-defining products for leading consumer and B2B brands Wayfair and Microsoft. He is an expert in AI, supply chain management, strategic pricing, customer experience, SaaS, data, and analytics.
Vaidy joined Xometry from Wayfair, where he served as the general manager of technology, overseeing all aspects of the dynamic marketplace. Notably, he harnessed AI to power innovations in customer service and supplier relations, driving enterprise-wide efficiencies and strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers.
At Microsoft, Vaidy helped lead the design, development, and launch of critical features for Microsoft Office and SharePoint. He also led product development at Groupon, where he headed the company’s retail division connecting sellers with consumers, managed the company’s supply chain logistics, and led international pricing initiatives.
Vaidy earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University, one of the premier universities in India.
