Tim is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 28 years of HVAC experience, bringing a deep technical foundation combined with extensive commercial leadership. Throughout his career, he has developed in-depth expertise in the design and construction of commercial, industrial, and cleanroom mechanical and controls systems. His experience spans engineering, field service operations, and strategic sales leadership—allowing him to effectively bridge technical execution with customer-focused business outcomes.

 

Today at DDC Solutions, Tim serves as the East Region Senior Account Executive, where he is responsible for building and expanding the high-density and advanced cooling market across the Eastern United States, Canada and Latin America. In this role, Tim leads strategic customer engagement and market development initiatives focused on supporting large data center operators and mission-critical environments with scalable, energy-forward solutions.
