Tiffany Osias
VP, Global Colocation, EquinixTiffany's career has been focused on solving complex challenges on a global scale. In her role as Vice President of Colocation Services, Tiffany is responsible for driving the performance of Equinix Colocation Services, developing and leading execution of a comprehensive and coordinated strategy across the business aimed at delighting customers, ensuring sustained growth and enhanced operating leverage. Her areas of expertise include sustainability, AI, liquid cooling, and digitizing customer/partner experience.
She is an active member of the Equinix Allies Council, the current global lead for the LGBTQ+ employee network and serves as a mentor to several leaders across the business. She is the former chair of the American Diabetes Association Colorado Leadership Board.
The Paradigm for Parity®, a coalition of business leaders dedicated to addressing the corporate leadership gender gap, named Tiffany one of their 2022 “Women on the Rise” for her advocacy in this critical area.
