Data Center Design Director, AECOMTeresa Lanuza is the U.S. Data Center Design Director at AECOM, where she leads the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical projects. She previously held highly technical roles at Amazon and TikTok, supporting hyperscale campuses across North America. At Amazon, she managed the electrical design scope for more than a dozen concurrent builds and led the development of regional quality standards and design processes. At TikTok, she oversaw over 400MW of colocation capacity, directed global incident response and maintenance programs, and partnered with OEMs to implement an industry-leading DCIM platform.
