Technical Director - International Technology Sector, MaceStephen is the Technical Director - International Technology Sector at Mace. He is a sector board director with accountability for production controls, design, performance measurement, quality, sustainability, digital transformation, innovation, R&D, BIM, DFSMA, Lean, metrics, and delivery performance. His current focus is to find the optimal solutions to deliver construction projects more effectively using data analytics as well as modern production and lean techniques to reduce waste in terms of time, material, cost and improving safety and environmental performance.
Stephen is experienced in construction delivery of complex engineered buildings and facilities including hyper-scale data centres.
